With the week long convention now over, I am scouring the net for pictures of the game FIGHT! which I ran with Adrian and Nabs' help. Thanks also to Urim for helping me with my props and costume! The game was such a hit with the kids, with many of them soon screaming for my blood... erh... gemstones, that is. Will post more pictures as I find them.

I miss you Panda Bear!

My most sincere condolences to Isha and her family for their loss.
I met her Lola a few times back when they were still here in Manila. The first meeting was very memorable, with me feeling intimidated by her presence.

Still, she extended to me her hand and welcomed me. She smiled at me and I realized I wasn't supposed to feel like a stranger.

And from that day on, I didn't feel like one.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, please guide her on her journey towards Heaven.
Remind her of her loving family, and of her grandchildren who will always remember her fondly.
Welcome her into God's kingdom that she too may now watch over her loved ones
from the skies above.

I hate the weather.



Last night, over dinner, the rain had a thunderous roar and suddenly lightning struck somewhere near our house. Everything turned yellow for a moment. And the next thing we knew, all 110 outlets were dead. Our phones were dead.

And yes, our computers were in trouble.

All the computers were connected to individual UPS, but what we didn't realize then was that the phone line itself was not protected from surges. Next thing we discovered was the PLDT modem was shorted out, the Router was toast, and the inboard network card of the server was dead.

And ours is a 24-hour business.

Panic time.

Currently, less than 24 hours since the incident, I've gotten PLDT to replace the modem, and was able to get Seth to help me out fix the settings. To the least, the internet is accessible again. The website is still down, as is the FTP services, but that's where Anton will help us make it work.

Hope the clients are patient enough.

What's certain is BAD ROBOT isn't it's title. Its the name of JJ Adams' production company.
