Difficult, Disturbing and deconstructive of society and its lies
I STAND ALONE is a film by Gaspar Noe, the man who gave us the compelling Irreversible, and gives us a glimpse of the thoughts that surge in the mind of a very dangerous man. Some would question whether a director's goal of provoking a reaction to the viewer is necessary in this age of cinema.

With a terribly gripping approach to reality and a twist that can leave you both wondering and shocked, (and some rumor, a possible link to Irreversible too) this is one film I would only recommend to those who seriously can watch films with a critical eye.

And a strong stomach.
