Day 268 of 365 Days of Geeky Happiness

The Masquerade of Red Death was a story arc that was written back during the days of Vampire: The Masquerade (pre-Revised edition).  It had its spotty moments and repetitive narrative devices, but for all its faults, this Robert Weinberg trilogy had interesting concepts and nice touches which until now make me feel giddy whenever I recall them.  The twins.  The Phantom.  So many good ideas.  A pity the novels were universally panned since they did sort of promote a twinkish view to the WOD rather than one filled with drama and regret.
