Day 198 of 365 Days of Geeky Happiness

My first really yummy baked dish.   After Rocky finally bought an Oven Toaster for us to use, I decided to try to surprise Rocky and prepare an eggplant tomato dish.  Thankfully, he LOVED it! Here's hoping to even more great dishes to come.
