Here's to a grand 2009 coming your way!
While this year has been filled with its bipolar ranges of happiness and sadness, it definitely is not without its memorable moments and cherished experiences. I have no regrets for anything that happened in my life with each and every moment contributing and enriching my life to make it more interesting, more meaningful, more precious.
Thank you for being part of it.
Thank you for being there to help me grow.
Thank you for being there to make me stronger, to remind me I can be weak, to rock out with me, to swing and dance, to relish food, to starve for attention, to demand for what we deserve, to accept what we cannot have... thank you for embracing me when I needed hugs, and for being a world away when I needed more, thank you for listening when no one would, and for minding my business even when I asked you not to. Thank you for reminding me that I can laugh, and teasing me of my failures, of dressing me up to look my best, and of stripping me naked to my faults.
Thank you for the honesty.
Thank you for the patience.
Thank you for the love.
Thank you for the respect.
Here's to a new year ahead of us. Another chance to remind each other the joys of being alive and unique and the opportunity to share it with each other. Just remember, its a choice to be happy, its a right to be loved and its your fingers so watch what you're playing with, be it firecrackers or hearts.
