"You! Get that boat over here!" the officer yelled. The man deliberately neglected to look in the officer's direction and proceeded to manuever his vessel out through the knot of boats. Clearly the idea of losing his boat to a belligerent officer with more testosterone than sea-sense had made him nervous.
