LAST FRIDAY

Angela and her Dad picked me up with their spiffy Lexus.  The convertible top was really cool but sadly made conversations impossible.  Headed to Northridge mall and got tickets to see Madagascar.  Found a DVD of Dark City and then met up with Angela's friend who was having some boy trouble.  Shared anecdotes on how to punish wayward boyfriends "the Filipino Way" while having a quick snack and devouring Dark Chocolates from See's Candies.  Laughed out loud at Madagascar (favorite line: "If you have poo, fling it now!") but thought the movie was more aimed for adults than kids with the message being a strange "Don't be yourself, accept the civilized you."
