A Matrix moment
Why does the Oracle's conversation with Seraph focus more on what Agent Smith is doing than what Neo is doing when she talks about "The One" and she throws in the line - "The One will be guided by The Many." Could it be Agent Smith is actually THE ONE and Neo is THE MANY? Of course, Agent Smith being THE MANY is easier to consider since that's literally what he can become.. but what if THE MANY refers to Neo having numerous personifications already?
